Personalization should be entered with the letters in the order they are to
appear on the item. Make sure Spelling is correct. We will capitalize all
monograms (see picture for correct placement), single initials, 3 letter
initials & only the first letter of a name (if the font allows).

Orders for personalized products cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded
after the order has been submitted and payment received. There is NO REFUND for
personalized items!
