box at checkout. You should include your Initials in order of first, LAST,
middle, your desired monogram style (the choices can be found in picture 8,)
and your thread color (choices are found in picture 9.)

If any information is missing, we will make several attempts to contact you
and obtain it. If no response is received in three days, we reserve the right
to cancel your order or make design decisions ourselves.

Orders that are not monogrammed will ship out the next business day. Monogram
processing takes 1-3 business days. If you need your item(s) rushed, please
message me.



*****Other Policies*****
-Cancellations: all orders begin production as soon as payment is received in
full. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations.

-Refunds: all monogram items are non-refundable due to the personalized nature
of the items. However, if your item is damaged, please contact us within three
days of delivery so that we may resolve the problem.

-Colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting or electronic
screens. The colors are for reference only. If you have a question about the
color of the bag, the thread color, or the combination of the bag and thread
colors, please message me BEFORE ORDERING. We do not accept returns due to
color variations.
