These blanks are cleanly cut from large sheets, the corners are sheared with a
radius shear, the holes are punched and then the edges and corners are worked
to smooth sharp edges left by the shear.

These will arrive with protective, plastic film on both sides. It peals off
easily to reveal the factory shine

Our blanks have that character that only hand made items can have. They do not
look like a machine stamped them out.

16 ounce, 24 gauge, .0216", 0.54864 mm, .1111 oz. per square inch
20 ounce, 22 gauge, .027", 0.6858 mm, .1388 oz. per square inch
24 ounce, 21 gauge, .032", 0.8128 mm, .1666 oz. per square inch

1/8” thick copper, .125”, 3.175 mm -very thick, 96 ounces (6 pounds!) per
square foot, .6666 oz. per square inch.
