- Sizes: Our products are true to size. Please strictly follow our sizing
guide (last photo of each listing). We would recommend using the measuring tape
on you first and then comparing it to the chart for accuracy. Please contact us

- Returns & exchanges: Please contact us in case we have shipped you an
incorrect item/size or different quality/quantity other than what you have
purchased. We will gladly reprocess your order. However, if the error is not
from our end, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges because the
products are handprint & custom-made just for you.
- Cancelation: If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after
purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by
sending us a DM. We will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is
requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being
made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.
