SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:
Orders generally take 2-4 days to process before they are shipped out. After
they ship up to 5 days to arrive depending on location and shipping speed.

RETURNS: As everything is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns.

BROKEN/LOST ITEMS: If you receive your package and an item is damaged please
send us a message with photos of damaged item and we will send out a
replacement for you. If your item is lost in transit, please contact us and we
will look into it and locate or replace the item for you.

GIFTS/PERSONALIZED MESSAGES:
If you are sending as a gift and would like to include a gift message, please
note your message in the personalized message box. We do not include receipts
in the box. Please make sure address is correct if you are sending the item
directly to the recipient.
